I am not sure whether you can walk in without an appointment, You can try. We made an appointment online back then at the second link below. Get your boyfriend to do it as he may have access to it. Otherwise, you have to create a profile to do it. There is no English website, only in Dutch.

- General Information - Stadhuis Hoboken - Make an Appointment

1. Kies een thema (Choose a Theme) = Select "Huwelijk en Samenwonen" (Marriage and Legal Cohabitation) 2. Waarvoor wilt u een afspraak maken? (What do you want to make an appointment for?) = Select "Wettelijk Samenwonen"

After you have passed the first page, you can select your location "Hoboken" on the second page.

You have to try and ask them to key in your passport as proof of visit on that day. Good luck!!!

I'm in Belgium now and would like to do as you go to have the first visit in Stadhuis in Hoboken Antwerpen. Can I walk in for the first time without an appointment? Because I find out there is no English website for any visit appointment.

Please advise me, thanks
