Hi Bhaskar, there are many languages school in Flanders. You can find one in Ghent or Bruges (West Vlanderaan). If you want to take a subsidised course in Belgium, you have to be a resident here. If you are coming as an international student, you need to apply for a student visa and enrol in a private school. Send the school an email and inquire further. Hi Lisette, as an EU citizen, you can come over to Belgium and learn Dutch at a subsidised rate if you also register for a Social Integration Course. The Social Integration class will take approximately 4 to 8 weeks depending on your educational level. If you do not wish to take the Social Integration Course, you can pay the Dutch courses at full rate. The CVO Language Schools are for people already living in Belgium with a right of residence. For your case, if you need a study visa to come to Belgium, you have to register your Dutch language course directly through a university or private school where they can give you a letter to obtain your visa.
